We had a really great weekend with lots of Easter festivities - making Easter cookies, Easter egg decorating, Easter egg hunt in our backyard, an attempt at an Easter church service (didn't last long), and brunch with good friends. As an added bonus - it was warm and sunny all weekend, so we spent tons of time outside for both work and play. We started to tackle an unruly weedy part of our yard and added some more landscaping in the front...which has been a work in progress since last summer. The end is in sight...maybe one of these days I will be able to report that we have completed our project!!!
Brooke wasn't really into the Easter egg hunt this year, but Isaac had a blast! After he found and opened all of the eggs, he "re-hid" them and went and found them all over again!
